Lady Gaga has once again proved to us that she is not afraid of cold water. With red lipstick and a black t-shirt, the singer faced the frosty Lake of Michigan, in Chicago, to raise money for charity. In March 6th, together with her boyfriend Taylor Kinney, the star participated in the Chicago Polar Plunge, jumping in a water with a temperature of approximately -5Cº/23Fº. The charity event helps the Special Olympics of the city, and has raised in total US $3.12 million dollars this year.
"My clothes froze! Taylor gave me the hat, but I thought my wig would freeze and stay in the lake," Gaga wrote in a photo posted on Instagram. On another image, she captioned: "It's so good to do things for a good cause, participating in the Special Olympics is a great way to raise money and donate it, but also give a gesture of love for those who deserve to be benefited by it.".
